One clear path from “someone needs help” to “it’s done.”
Chabad Volunteers replaces phone trees and scattered group chats with a single, simple flow that every coordinator and every volunteer can follow.
Sample screens
Every request has a life cycle.
Nothing is lost between “we should help” and “we did.” Each step is visible to the people who need to see it.
- 1
Request
A need arrives from a neighbor, a family member or another Shliach.
- 2
Review
The local coordinator checks it, gathers details with a secure family form and approves.
- 3
Published
It becomes an opportunity — public, network-only, or by invitation.
- 4
Confirmed
Volunteers sign up. If approval is required, the coordinator confirms each one.
- 5
Completed
The visit happens and the volunteer files a short report.
- 6
Followed up
The coordinator reviews, thanks the volunteer and schedules what comes next.
Still wondering? Start here.
No. For most opportunities you can sign up with just your name and contact information. An account is optional and gives you a personal dashboard to track your volunteering history.
Every opportunity is reviewed and approved by an authorized Shliach or coordinator. This ensures quality, accountability, and appropriate matching between volunteers and community needs.
Yes. You can select multiple service areas in your profile and receive opportunities from each one. Many volunteers serve in both Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
You can submit a request through the site, or contact your local Chabad center directly. The Shliach will review the request, gather any needed details, and coordinate the visit.
Private details about recipients are never shared publicly. Volunteers only receive specific instructions after they’ve been approved for a particular visit. All data is stored securely.
